By interviewing people who have been through a range of traumatic experiences, come through the other side and begun flourishing and enjoying life again, podcast creator Emily Taylor hopes to show listeners they can overcome anything. Don't Look Down will also offer practical advice about how everyone can improve their wellbeing through steps like improving their diet and exercise, getting outdoors more, finding out who you are and connecting with new and old friends. As well as interviews providing insight, advice and hope to others, the series will include information about support services available both nationally and within the Worcestershire area.

Stephanie travelled the world to escape grieving the loss of her boyfriend at a young age, and later on her father who she was incredibly close with. After meeting Jeff Brazier (author of the book - The Grief Survival Guide) they worked together to help her face the impossible … her loss.

A caring lady who counsels vulnerable people by supporting and signposting them to other services that can help and change their lives.
